Check the final price { /Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options ( Payment Gateway/Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) , Make your payment and get a confirmation from your bank, YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!

You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from threadsandyarn.com

You can check Order history in ‘order status’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your Order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from threadsandyarn.com.  This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed in the Order status section if you have placed the order online.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 5 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 2-4 business days

Debit Card 5-7 business days

Credit Card 7-21 business days

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched we will send you an sms with your tracking details. Incase if not received, please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order. In case of any unforeseen events that delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary during checkout.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on sales@threadsandyarn.com  or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

WHY IS TAX BEING CHARGED?

Tax represents GST, Value added tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) that is collected and deposited by our company to the government authorities.

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Domestic Nationwide Shipping

For orders above INR 499, there will be free shipping, while orders below that will be charged an amount of INR 100.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within maximum 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within maximum 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be done at the specified delivery address of the buyer (as specified at the time of Order).

Company is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?

Depends on the availability of the product in the nearest warehouse and the kind of shipping used.

CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY ON ALL DAYS OF THE WEEK?

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday, national and state holidays

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, currently we do not ship internationally.

TRACKING

SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BY NOW BUT I HAVEN'T. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call or email us with an order number and we will be happy to help you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

I used my tracking number to check the details of my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

In transit Your order is on its way to your city
out for delivery Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today
Hold at hub We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours
RTO in transit Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.
